Returns and Refunds

I received an incorrect/damaged product, what should I do?
We are very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this quickly, please email us within one week to support@auremont.com with photos of the damaged product, the order number and any other details you have about your order. We will suggest a solution to you as soon as possible.

1. Return Window

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@auremont.com with your order number and details. Our team will review your request and provide instructions if your return is approved.

3. Return Shipping

Unless otherwise instructed by our support team, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of approval.

5. Exchanges

In rare cases where an item may not meet your expectations, our team will work with you to find a suitable resolution. For inquiries about exchanges or replacements, please contact us at support@auremont.com. Exchanges are subject to item availability.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@auremont.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will work to resolve the issue promptly by providing a replacement or a refund.
